For the second time this week, PlayStation Direct has the PS5 in stock, but you’ll have to wait in a queue to get one. Over the past couple of months, PS5 and PS5 digital consoles haven’t been selling as fast as they once were. We’re talking hours and sometimes days before the restocking sells out, which is a huge improvement over the minutes (or even seconds) we’re used to in the better part of two years. However, it’s been a slow two weeks for the PS5 restock, so if you’re still looking for a console, now’s your chance.

You’re still not likely to find a PS5 on store shelves, and most of the major PS5 retailers have sold out, but the situation is starting to mirror what we saw with the Xbox Series X. First, the consoles no longer sell out within minutes, then at least they’re readily available For at least one major retailer almost all of the time. We’re cautiously optimistic that the concept of PS5 restocking may soon become a thing of the past.

For now, we’re keeping track of PS5 restocks across major retailers, so if you’re still looking for one, we’ll update this post every time we see it available.

In addition to the standalone consoles, we’re also tracking re-stockings of the first official PS5 bundle. The bundle comes with a digital voucher to redeem Horizon Forbidden West on the PlayStation Store. The PS5 standard bundle costs $550, while the PS5 digital bundle costs $450.
