Fans of late Hollywood star Betty White will now have a chance to own one of her properties, with many going for auction starting Friday.
Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills will display more than 1,500 items, including White’s jewelry, artwork, signed texts, memorabilia from her TV shows, furniture, and other home and personal collectibles.
“We are honored to work with her holdings on this exclusive display of these precious artifacts and personal memorabilia from her life and career that will be first auctioned to the public, curators and her legions of fans around the world,” said Darren Julien, President and CEO of Julien Auctions.
A little bit of the Elements The plaid wedding bands belonging to her and longtime husband Aline Ludden, the original director’s chair from the set “The Golden Girls,” and the director’s chair with an orange needle she made for Ludden.
All available items come from the actor’s homes in Brentwood and Carmel, California. The auction is scheduled to end on September 25.
White, the Emmy-winning actress who has been most honored for her roles in “The Mary Tyler Moore Show” and “The Golden Girls”,On December 31, 2021, days before her 100th birthday.
“Betty White has been a beloved patriotic treasure and a cross-generational icon who has made us laugh for eighty years with her illustrious work in film, radio and television classics,” Julian said.
