LONDON (Reuters) – Britain’s telecoms regulator said it would investigate Amazon, Microsoft and Google’s “superstar” placement on the cloud, which collectively accounts for about 81 per cent of revenue in the market, to assess the strength of competition.

It also said Thursday that it will examine other digital markets over the next year, including messaging services such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom, connected TVs and smart speakers.
